We strive to create products that you love – so if you are not thrilled with your products or you have any concerns we would be happy to help. Please find us in person or contact us for an exchange and to express any concerns within 14 days of the original purchase.
ON-LINE EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that with online orders the opportunity to handle the products and get the full ALKIMË HERBALS experience is missed. We try our very best to ensure that you understand how to use your product by providing you with a full list of ingredients in our product descriptions. If you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange all products, excluding herbal teas, smoke blends, edible products, or used products.
Please note: ALKIMË HERBALS is not responsible for shipping fees associated with the return and original shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking number and ensuring your parcel has insurance in case of loss or damage.

- Returns will be accepted only from the original purchaser. ALKIMË HERBALS cannot offer returns on products that were the result of purchases from a re-sale or from a distributor/partner.
- Return products must be received and accounted for before credit notes or replacements can be sent out. Replacements or credit notes will be issued within 10 calendar days.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Late Policy
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete your intake form and have a cup of tea for in-person events and custom sessions. If you arrive late, your service will be shortened. Full service charge is due for cancellations or no shows of services within 48-hours of expected time. Please reach out in unforeseen circumstances and COVID related matters.
