Herbal Medicine offers a customized, natural approach to manage you, and your family's health and wellness.
Unlike other forms of Herbal Medicine, Clinical Herbal Medicine consists of a deeper understanding of the physiology of the body and includes lifestyle and diet/supplement recommendations. My 3-year Clinical Herbalism training had a focus in perinatal support, hormonal health and infant care that encompassed both Nutritional support alongside Herbal Medicine. Consultations are done online via Zoom or in person at The Fernwood Yoga Den and herbs can be picked up directly in Victoria or mailed to you anywhere across Canada or in the USA. Shipping rates are variable and will be applied. Please note consultation rates are not inclusive of herbal products or supplements.

Health Coaching - 3 Month Program (New Clients)
This three month program offers an in depth exploration of your current health needs and creates the foundational support to manage your health holistically. This program includes a specialized healing protocol encompassing diet, supplements, lifestyle and herbal medicine recommendations that have been custom curated for you. After your protocol has been created we will meet every few weeks over the next three months for you to gain my support one-on-one to implement these changes into your life and to adjust the protocol as needed. Included in this program is: a 90-minute intake, custom curated protocol sent to your email in the form as an e-book, three 60-minute follow ups and two 45-minute check in's.
